Question:

Why is that that smokers don’t feel that dropping their cigarette butts on the ground or flicking them out the window of their car (at top speed) is actually littering?

And while we’re at it, why do they also feel exempt from the ‘No Smoking Within 9 Metres’ signs posted up at the front of my building?

Jen - I feel your frustrations!!

I walk to work everyday and it is a GUARANTEE that I will end up following at least 1 smoke-walker along the sidewalk. Not only does the constant smoke stream somehow always find its way directly into my face, but the worst is when I end up breathing in their nasty exhales.

SICKENING!

Marsha - Ex-smokers are the worst!

Alicia - I’m always tempted to throw the cigarette back into the person’s car and say, “here you dropped this”.

Works best in the summer when windows are down. It’s not very useful in the winter or at high speeds.
