Un-Kept Promise

So…

It turns out I’m a bad blogger and a promise breaker.  I resolved to write more in the New Year and I have yet to do that.  But in my defense, I haven’t had enough time to do much of anything, including taking/posting pictures or even keeping up with reading my favourite blogs and sites.  Unfortunately, it has been a couple of weeks since I have had the time to sit down and catch up with real and virtual friends.  So only yesterday did I find out that Bermuda Kurt got the job of a lifetime (Yay!), that Pip is still comfortably residing in Rachel’s belly, that someone stole Island Heather’s car (though they found it not long after), that Paul made it safely to Thailand, etc.   I feel bad for not keeping up – but life around here has been more jam-packed than usual.

With the sickness that is seemingly endless and the constant prep for 3 (yes 3!) upcoming tests (4 if you include Dan’s), blog posting has taken a back seat.  I also pulled out the paint supplies and vowed to get the bottom half of the house done by the time we leave for the DR.  The top half already looks amazing which gives me really, really good motivation.  But I’m finding that there really aren’t enough hours in the day to do all the things I want to/should be doing.  How do families of more than 3 handle it?

Kris - What tests???

That painting was looking pretty awesome when I left, so can’t wait to see the finished product. Is Jaia finally better?

rachel Edwards - Ne worry pas! Sounds like there’s plenty on your plate, and as long as you update from time to time I keep clicking. Hope you’re all over the sickness for a while now!

Shannen - Things are busy, but I missed staying updated on you gals. Won’t happen again. No squeaks from Pip yet?

Jaia is not better yet. In fact, she’s worse. Ear infection is back. Poor Bean.
