Signature Drink
The Accidental Lyon (Equal parts pineapple juice, cranberry juice, soda. Generous splash of raspberry vodka. Shaken with ice, poured into tall glass. Garnish with skewer of berries. Drink. Repeat.)

Devils on Horseback (these were dynamite)
Parmesan Straws

Parsnip, Carrot and Ginger Soup (don’t be shy with the ginger. This was my favourite of the night.)

Pear, Walnut and Blue Cheese Salad

Chicken Stuffed with Mushroom Duxelles (double white wine plus 1/2 cup chicken stock improves flavor of reduction. Also, make it a paste instead of chopping the stuffing. And cook 10 mins extra. Farm Boy does custom skin-on boneless chicken if you can’t find it anywhere else)

Asparagus Risotto (Mark’s secret recipe – you’ll have to talk to him)
Garlic Courgettes (aka zucchini … olive oil, garlic, sautee 5 mins then add soya sauce. My favourite way to eat any vegetable)

Dessert was supposed to be “strawberries 3 ways”, but everyone was too full after the meal to plate it and serve it. People munched on them as a late night snack.
