Chicken Stuffed with Mushroom Duxelles (double white wine plus 1/2 cup chicken stock improves flavor of reduction. Also, make it a paste instead of chopping the stuffing. And cook 10 mins extra. Farm Boy does custom skin-on boneless chicken if you can’t find it anywhere else)

Asparagus Risotto (Mark’s secret recipe – you’ll have to talk to him)
Garlic Courgettes (aka zucchini … olive oil, garlic, sautee 5 mins then add soya sauce. My favourite way to eat any vegetable)
Dessert
Dessert was supposed to be “strawberries 3 ways”, but everyone was too full after the meal to plate it and serve it. People munched on them as a late night snack.
