We had a great Canada Day Long Weekend at the 1st Annual Murphy Family Reunion, in Blue Mountains, ON (near Collingwood).
Highlights included a game of Charades that produced images that will haunt the Murphy cousins for years to come, a game of soccer baseball where the Murphellertons had victory stolen from their clutches by the Haikinjeaus, and poker shark Brad, who must wish we were playing Texas Hold ‘Em for money instead of just bragging rights.

The Dread Pirate Lindsay - you know “danny”-boy, maybe at the next family reunion you can attempt to take back the cup of soccer baseball victory…i highly doubt it though; as no one slides into first like my fauja (aka. father). haha. it was an awwesome weekend and I will forever cringe whenever there is a standing applause for anything. hahahah *nervous laughter*.
Liz - I’m not ashamed that the parents/uncles/aunts put us to shame on Sunday night…I do regret consuming more alcohol that night than I did the entire weekend, making the drive home on Monday less than pleasant. Thank god for Tim Hortons coffee and Egg McMuffins.
Liz - I didn’t realize how perfectly you captured Uncle Pat’s Charade!!!
Shannen - Oh yes. Pure magic.

The Dread Pirate Lindsay - i’d just like to add how i am sscared for life because of that photograph of uncle pat… clapping will always be a remembrance of that weekend for me. it definately is a classic shot – as is the one of auntie kerry.

First of all I want to say your little peanut is awesome. She looks just like me. And another thing, last night I was at Deryk’s for Mack’s birthday and had to endure Michelle, Deryk and Pat clapping.This will be for now and ever be the Lemme joke. My hubby is having a great time with this.
