Jaia has finally mastered the unassisted somersault. Much to my surprise, as we were sitting there the other day, Jaia decided it was time to do it on her own. But then, she’s always been fearless about it. She had just turned 2 the first time she took a gymnastics class and though she was quite willing to do it on her own then, the mama was terrified of some potential injury and so I was always close by and holding on.
Not anymore. Check her out. It may be the prettiest somersault I’ve ever seen.
