With everything that I’ve been doing to cut down and simplify life, I’ve somehow ended up to be busier than ever. So then w
hat do I do? I take on a new project.
But I am SO excited about it. So excited, in fact, that I can barely contain myself. I’m going to keep the details under wraps for now – but couldn’t resist sharing a little sneak peek.
Plus this little sneak peek gives me my first – and definitely not my last – opportunity to brag about my little cousin Lindsay who designed this for me. I barely told her what I wanted (mostly because I didn’t have a clue myself) and she came up with this little guy. And he’s perfect. I’ve named him Clive. Don’t you think he looks like a Clive?
Lindsay is one of the most talented illustrators and designers I have ever known. And I don’t just say that because we are related (though I’d like to think the Murphy blood has something to do with it). I say that because she deserves it. I’ve always thought so. If you don’t believe me, go to her website and see for yourself. And then when you or someone you know needs some design work done, hire her. You will not be disapointed.

Kris - OMG…I LOVE the idea of a children’s book starring Clive! Perhaps a spin-off of the big project?? Anyways, I’m excited too.

jen haig - I agree. Lin is the most talented person I know. And i’m not just saying that because she’s my sister, or because she’s painting a mural on my wall. her creativity astonishes me every single day.
