I have stylish friends. \u00a0Crazy stylish friends. \u00a0Me, not so much. \u00a0I’m almost surprised they don’t mind being seen out with me. \u00a0Or maybe they do…<\/p>\n
Anyway, I don’t \u00a0know if it’s that I’m not creative enough, but I can’t seem to put a proper outfit together. \u00a0And forget trends. \u00a0I don’t seem to get into what’s ‘in’ until it’s on it’s way out or is already long gone. \u00a0I find something I like and I stick with it for way too long, and I’ll buy it in multiple colours so that I don’t have to hunt around for more later.<\/p>\n
See? \u00a0Kinda pathetic.<\/p>\n
My latest dilemma is one I’m positive I’ve talked about before – I’m in search of jeans. \u00a0Great jeans. \u00a0Fit like a glove jeans. \u00a0I have some that fit and feel great – at first. \u00a0Within 20 minutes (just long enough to have pulled off the tag to make them unreturnable), I crouch to pick up a toy or wipe a wee face and the rear end stretches out. \u00a0I spend the rest of the day hiking them up each and every time I move in any direction. So, CONSTANT hikage.<\/p>\n
Is it just my posterior? \u00a0Have I lost all of my derriere since having Wes? \u00a0I just can’t find a pair of pants that actually fit. \u00a0Am I shopping in the wrong place? \u00a0Wrong material? \u00a0Wrong style?<\/p>\n
I need your help. \u00a0Share your jean secrets. \u00a0Please. \u00a0Tell me where you shop. \u00a0Send links or pictures or \u00a0pins (@forgetfulshan). \u00a0My closet will thank you. \u00a0My bum will thank you. \u00a0I will thank you.<\/p>\n
These request is timely. \u00a0Though I have been struggling with this for awhile and am in need of some new jeans anyway, I have also set up a session with a photographer to take some family portraits for us and now I have to find something great to wear. \u00a0I am super NERVOUS about it because I’m barely ever in front of the camera, let alone with a real photographer and not just the timer. \u00a0So I’m already trying to suss out what we are all gonna wear and some new kick ass jeans would get me half way there.<\/p>\n
