Updated."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Well, almost. If it passes the inspection set for Thursday, then we are the proud new owners of a perfect, exactly-what-were-looking for, beautiful house. I&#8217;m thrilled.<\/p>\n<p>Now we just have to list ours and cross our fingers for a fast sale.<\/p>\n<p>***************************************************************************************************************<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s all ours!\u00a0 The inspection went swimmingly and there is barely anything that will need attention, at least for a few years.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>My favourite things about the new diggs:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A GIANT tree in the front yard:\u00a0 We currently live in a brand new development and I am taller than most of the trees that are sparingly scattered on the front lawns.\u00a0 It&#8217;s probably my least favourite thing to look around and see only houses and no trees or greenery at all.\u00a0 I may not even mind the raking this coming fall.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00a0double garage:\u00a0 Yes, we have one now and would have been devastated not to have one again next winter.\u00a0 Check.<\/li>\n<li>The backyard:\u00a0 Though the lot is a little smaller, there is a beautiful 2-tiered deck to make up for it 110%.\u00a0 Hello housewarming BBQ in mid-August.\u00a0 Pencil us in.<\/li>\n<li>A finished basement: &#8216;Nuff said.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I could go on.\u00a0 This move is just so right, for so many reasons.\u00a0 I&#8217;m so, so, so excited.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Well, almost.
