Forgetting things these days is my M.O. \u00a0 Actually, it always has been, but the last few months have been particularly bad. \u00a0When you are sleeping this little, it’s a given.<\/p>\n

I had plans to toast us in December to celebrate forgetful.ca’s anniversary. \u00a0December 4th marks 5 years since we posted the first time<\/a>. \u00a0But I forgot. \u00a0I was in the midst of moving and the blog was put on the back burner. \u00a0Better late than never?<\/p>\n

Forgetful has seen our highs, our lows, our life. \u00a0Five years is a long time to be publicly journaling. \u00a0We (mostly) put everything out there for our friends and family and five years on, I couldn’t be happier about it.<\/p>\n

I kept a diary up until high school. \u00a0I poured my heart and soul into it and wish, though terribly embarrassing as much of what I wrote would be now, that I could still look back at those days. \u00a0Forgetful.ca allows me that look back. \u00a0And, if we properly back it up so that posts don’t continue to vanish, Jaia and Wes will have that same opportunity to see what the world, their world, was like and how they immeasurably changed our world for the better.<\/p>\n
