\nThe Accidental Lyon (Equal parts pineapple juice, cranberry juice, soda. Generous splash of raspberry vodka. Shaken with ice, poured into tall glass. Garnish with skewer of berries. Drink. Repeat.)<\/p>\n

Appetizers
\nProsciutto-wrapped canteloupe (you can figure this one out!)
\nDevils on Horseback<\/a> (these were dynamite)
\nParmesan Straws<\/a><\/p>\n

Soup
\nParsnip, Carrot and Ginger Soup<\/a> (don’t be shy with the ginger. This was my favourite of the night.)<\/p>\n

Salad
\nPear, Walnut and Blue Cheese Salad<\/a><\/p>\n

Main
\nChicken Stuffed with Mushroom Duxelles<\/a> (double white wine plus 1\/2 cup chicken stock improves flavor of reduction. Also, make it a paste instead of chopping the stuffing. And cook 10 mins extra. Farm Boy does custom skin-on boneless chicken if you can’t find it anywhere else)<\/p>\n

Sides
\nAsparagus Risotto (Mark’s secret recipe – you’ll have to talk to him)
\nGarlic Courgettes (aka zucchini … olive oil, garlic, sautee 5 mins then add soya sauce. My favourite way to eat any vegetable)<\/p>\n

Dessert
\nDessert was supposed to be “strawberries 3 ways”, but everyone was too full after the meal to plate it and serve it. People munched on them as a late night snack.
