{"id":4090,"date":"2011-01-17T14:47:17","date_gmt":"2011-01-17T18:47:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.forgetful.ca\/?p=4090"},"modified":"2011-01-17T14:47:17","modified_gmt":"2011-01-17T18:47:17","slug":"epic-fail","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/forgetful.ca\/?p=4090","title":{"rendered":"Day 250 &#8211; Epic fail."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I always bite off more than I can chew. \u00a0I like a good project to keep me busy and inspired, but it rarely stops there. \u00a0And then, before I know it, I&#8217;m overwhelmed. \u00a0And missing that feeling that having spare time brings.<\/p>\n<p>We officially moved into our new house on December 17. \u00a0Four days later we left for Virginia for Christmas. \u00a0We arrived home on December 28th and by the 3rd of January, we were back on the road, on our way out to BC for some skiing\/snowboarding\/family time with little to no internet access.<\/p>\n<p>The trips have been beyond lovely, but have left very little time to actually settle in to the new place.<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re getting there, but it hasn&#8217;t been easy. \u00a0And some of my favourite things have suffered. \u00a0One of them has been picture taking and posting. \u00a0And the timing for that has been ridiculously bad. \u00a0So much has happened over the last month and I&#8217;ve wanted to share, and I just couldn&#8217;t. \u00a0No time, no energy, no internet.<\/p>\n<p>I don&#8217;t know when I&#8217;ll be able to sit down and properly catch up, but it is definitely at the top of my to-do list.<\/p>\n<p>Until then, feast your eyes on my little beauties&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.forgetful.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/DSC_3116sm.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4091\" title=\"DSC_3116sm\" src=\"http:\/\/www.forgetful.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/DSC_3116sm.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"465\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I always bite off more than I can chew. \u00a0I like a good project to keep me busy and inspired, but it rarely stops there. \u00a0And then, before I know it, I&#8217;m overwhelmed. \u00a0And missing that feeling that having spare time brings.
