2. \u00a06 DAYS<\/strong> – We have less than a week until my mom arrives. \u00a0YAY!<\/p>\n 3. \u00a0PHOTO SEASON<\/strong> – Or that’s how it feels to me, anyway. \u00a0I still take pictures in the winter, but it’s not the same. \u00a0I love that it stays light out until 7:30 or 8:00 and that I’m barely restricted by weather. \u00a0I have a few photoshoots planned\/scheduled for the next little while and am hoping for more. \u00a0It’s photo season, why not take advantage…?<\/p>\n 4. \u00a0ETSY<\/strong> – Have you shopped there before? \u00a0I have and I love it. \u00a0It’s my go-to when looking for something original and lately I’ve found oodles of goodies. \u00a0I’ve ordered a few things that are on their way and I have to admit, I’m like a kid at Christmas, running to check the mailbox every day to see if they’ve arrived. \u00a0I’m hoping today is the day.<\/p>\n 5. \u00a0MAKE BELIEVE<\/strong> – Jaia has an amazing imagination. \u00a0I’ve recently \u00a0discovered that she doesn’t get it from me. \u00a0 Dan, maybe. \u00a0But either way, she blows me away with how creative she is sometimes. \u00a0And I can’t keep up. \u00a0I’m just not that creative. \u00a0Her favourite is putting on ‘plays’, as she calls them, and acting out scenes to the Princess Jaia stories we tell her at bedtime. \u00a0But she also loves to play shopper (:)), with her dolls, doctor and my personal favourite, hair salon. \u00a0She gathers up all the hair accessories, brushes and sprays and proceeds to cut and style my hair. \u00a0And it’s like a dream come true. \u00a0Someone asking me to sit there while they play with my hair for a half hour at a time. \u00a0Honestly, it’s a itty bitty slice of heaven…<\/p>\n
