{"id":1836,"date":"2009-09-16T09:39:40","date_gmt":"2009-09-16T13:39:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.forgetful.ca\/?p=1836"},"modified":"2009-09-16T09:39:40","modified_gmt":"2009-09-16T13:39:40","slug":"giving-it-another-go","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/forgetful.ca\/?p=1836","title":{"rendered":"Giving it another go."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>So, this past winter I attempted to post a photo a day&#8230;and failed miserably. \u00a0I gave up . \u00a0It was far too time consuming and with very little time to take photos, I was struggling to find something to post everyday.<\/p>\n<p>But I feel a renewed sense of excitement this fall. \u00a0I&#8217;m home and hanging out with Jaia everyday which provides me with ample opportunity to take pictures of her and document us and our day-to-day. \u00a0I&#8217;m also enrolled in a photography course for the fall (YAY!!) and I suppose I&#8217;ll be asked to be snapping loads of pics for that every week.<\/p>\n<p>So it got me thinking about the daily photo posts. \u00a0I miss posting every day. \u00a0I know there are at least a few who&#8217;ve asked for more frequent updates and so I think I&#8217;ll oblige. \u00a0Starting today, but with no pressure on myself for the days that inspiration doesn&#8217;t strike, I will attempt a post every day.<\/p>\n<p>I hope that those of you who still actually read the blog, enjoy the increased activity. \u00a0For those of you who&#8217;ve moved on, I totally understand. \u00a0I would too with close to one post per month.<\/p>\n<p>So here it is. \u00a0The inaugural photo. \u00a0It was taken at Dan&#8217;s dad&#8217;s house the day after Duncan and Stephanie&#8217;s wedding. \u00a0The sun was shining and there wasn&#8217;t a cloud in the sky. \u00a0A far cry from the previous day when we were all wrapped in wool blankets to try to keep warm.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1837\" title=\"DSC_8554sm\" src=\"http:\/\/www.forgetful.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/09\/DSC_8554sm.jpg\" alt=\"DSC_8554sm\" width=\"650\" height=\"432\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>So, this past winter I attempted to post a photo a day&#8230;and failed miserably. \u00a0I gave up . \u00a0It was far too time consuming and with very little time to take photos, I was struggling to find something to post everyday.
